-1 jar frozen homemade organic chicken broth
-1 chix breast
-1 whole chix bones for broth seasoning
-Carrot
-Celery
-Small yellow onion
-Med shallot
-Half garlic
-2 celeriac roots (Abbo farm)
-Salad - lettuce, nuts, onion, balsamic, olive oil, seasoning, cheese
Total Cost of Meal: $4.50 (chix, carrot, celery, onion, shallot, all other costs were sunk)
Side Note: This meal made 1 gallon and 1.5 pints of chix broth. That's a lot of broth!
